She is an accomplished Chef, former business owner, bakery product development specialist and consultant leading to the commercial success of several nationally distributed bakery related items. Her credentials include HACCP Certification and Food Safety Management. Carolyn is an executive with extensive experience at brand and food development, plant start-up, compliance, strategic planning, manufacturing, and operations.
