Leslie Kaplan is a graduate of Florida International University’s School of Hospitality Management, B.S. Leslie began her hospitality career in the hotel rooms division with The Continental Companies.
Carolyn Broome Shulevitz is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. With a long history of training and working inNYC hotels, Carolyn also enjoyed several years of owning her own catering company and bakery on Shelter Island.
Cory joined The Piping Gourmets in 2013 as the Office Coordinator. Previously, she worked for Whole Foods Market on the Marketing Team for 3 years.
